LAS VEGAS— The Legal Marketing Association (LMA) has selected Catherine Alman MacDonagh, CEO and Co-Founder of the Legal Lean Sigma Institute, and Jennifer A. Manton, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP to be inducted into the LMA Hall of Fame. The award was presented to Catherine and Jennifer on March 29, 2017, at the LMA Annual Conference at the ARIA Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The LMA Hall of Fame Award celebrates individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the Legal Marketing Association and the legal marketing industry. The honor represents the highest levels of experience and leadership in legal marketing and recognizes contributions made by individuals for the benefit of the industry, the association and its community of professionals.

Catherine Alman McDonagh
Catherine has been a proven thought leader in the legal profession, shining light on innovation throughout her career as evidenced by being a successful law firm marketing professional, a founder and CEO of the Legal Lean Sigma Institute, a co-founder and Chief Enthusiasm Officer of the Legal Mocktail and The Mocktail, a co-founder of the Legal Sales and Services Organization, and her important research and publication on women lawyers. The majority of Catherine’s work is categorized as “first to market,” whether it is developing and delivering the first courses to bridge process improvement and project management to the legal profession, launching a new organization to serve the emerging role of sale and service in the legal profession, designing ground breaking, experiential training programs, or advancing women lawyers.

Jennifer Manton
Since September 2014, Jennifer has served as the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for Kramer Levin, 375 attorney firms rooted in New York City. As one of the leading legal marketing and business development practitioners, Jennifer applies an integrated marketing communications and business development strategies together to drive law firm growth and enhance the Kramer Levin brand's image and value. She is a consistent and respected contributor and mentor, thought leader, strategic visionary and change agent within the industry for which she is fiercely and passionately devoted.
