The Capital Chapter's Summer Social was held on Thursday, August 11 from 6-8 pm at Cuba Libre Restaurant and Rum Bar. More than 100 people attended and nibbled on a variety of ceviches, passed hors d'oeuvres and an abundance of bite sized desserts (my favorite).
