Jim has enjoyed a career spanning more than two decades helping professional services firms, nearly half of it spent leading the strategic marketing and business development programs for several law firms. He brings a well-rounded approach earned through experience across the professional services spectrum, not just in legal, but also accounting/financial services, management consulting, and engineering/design-build.
Stints in leadership roles at two AmLaw 100 firms and management roles at a handful of smaller regional firms and boutiques have helped shape Jim’s national reputation as a leader in the field. At Jaffe, Jim helps clients by building structure and accountability into their BD planning and offers one-on-one or group dynamic coaching programs.
