The Tampa Bay City Group's February meeting was held at Hill Ward Henderson and Kathy Durdin from Durdin Consulting gave a fantastic presentation entitled, "Enhancing Creativity in the Workplace." The interactive program required attendees to work in groups to exercise creative thinking skills. Takeaways from the meeting included:

- Understanding the characteristics of a creative organization and ways to help facilitate a cohesive culture
- Embracing the importance of diversity and open communication in working relationships
- Turning workplace problems and goal obstacles into creativity challenges that can encourage ideas for solutions
